Two types of chickens are available from the farm.   We are processing chickens at a USDA inspected processing plant now, and they can be sold anywhere in the US and sold to restaurants and stores.  Whole Cornish-Rock Broilers are sold for $3.75 per pound.  Cornish-Rock Broilers cut into 8 pieces or boneless, skinless cuts are available for $6.99 per pound. Slow Growth Grey Rangers are sold whole for $4.75 per pound.  Slow Growth Grey Rangers cut into 8 pieces or boneless, skinless cuts are available for $7.99 per pound.

Heritage Tamworth pork is available from the farm.  The pork is processed at USDA inspected processing plants and can be sent anywhere in the US.
